**Presales Executive - Epson**
**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough technical assessments of customer requirements and propose suitable Epson solutions.
- Develop and deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to highlight Epson's product capabilities.
- Perform on-site customer visits to demonstrate products and address customer inquiries.
- Provide technical product training to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies.
- Stay informed about Epson's product line, competitor offerings, and market trends.
- Offer technical support throughout the sales process and during post-sales implementation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Achieve assigned sales quotas and targets.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
- Field sales experience of any kind is welcome.
- Strong understanding of projectors, printers, and imaging solutions (training will be provided).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to foster strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales tools (training will be provided).
- Valid driving license and own a two-wheeler required.
- Availability to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in the AV industry.
- Certifications in relevant IT or AV technologies.
- Sales experience of any kind
