Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Provide detailed information about immigration processes, answer queries, and offer expert guidance during initial consultations.
Deal Closure: Efficiently close deals with clients, ensuring a smooth and successful sales process.
Daily Operations: Manage and support daily operational tasks to ensure smooth functioning of sales and customer service processes
Outbound Sales Calls: Conduct proactive outbound calls to potential clients, presenting our immigration services and converting inquiries into appointments and sales.
Lead Management: Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through systematic follow-ups, ensuring a high conversion rate.
Backend Sales Support: Manage backend sales tasks including data entry, maintaining accurate client records, and updating sales databases.
Client Engagement: Provide detailed information on immigration processes and services, address client queries, and offer expert guidance throughout the initial consultation phase.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales metrics, client feedback, and overall performance to help refine strategies and improve results.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience and efficient handling of client requirements.
Qualifications:
Education: Minimum of 12th grade (Inter pass) or equivalent.
Experience: Sales experience or certification in sales is highly desirable. Freshers with a strong interest in sales are also encouraged to apply.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Hindi is essential. Proficiency in Marathi is highly advantageous.

Exceptional Communication: Articulate with excellent verbal communication skills and a professional telephone demeanor.
Sales Expertise: Demonstrated ability to persuade and close sales, with strong negotiation skills and an understanding of sales principles.
Attention to Detail: Accurate and thorough in handling client data and managing sales processes.
Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and committed to high standards of work.
Team Player: Collaborative with a positive attitude, contributing to a supportive team environment.
Integrity and Honesty: Uphold the highest ethical standards in client interactions and company representation.
Job Timings: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
