**Operations Executive**

Nextyn Advisory Private Limited is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced **Operations Executive** to join our team. As an Operations Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless coordination of various operational tasks, client communication, expert network management, and managing invite sending.

The Operations Executive will be responsible for managing key operational tasks and initiatives, ensuring exceptional client service, and expanding our expert network. Your role will include:

- **Invite Sending**:Managing the process of sending invitations and coordinating the invite sending for various events and initiatives.
- **Client Relationship Management**:Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring effective communication channels.
- **Expert Network Support**:Assisting Nextyn's experts with their queries, providing necessary information, and facilitating smooth collaboration within our expert network.
- **Revenue Growth**: Driving revenue growth by sourcing experts, identifying new opportunities, and expanding revenue streams with existing clients.
- **Project Coordination**:Collaborating closely with consultants and analysts within the organization to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, or related discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in client communication and operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.

**Work Environment**:
This position is based in our Andheri office in Mumbai. It is a **work from office **job, and the Operations Executive will be expected to work from our office premises.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
