**Position**: F&B Service Associate
**Department**: Food & Beverage
**Reports To**: F&B Supervisor / Manager

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Guest Service**:

- Greet guests warmly and professionally.
- Present menus, explain menu items, and make recommendations when needed.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively.
- **Order Management**:

- Record and relay guest orders to kitchen staff, ensuring special requests are communicated.
- Serve food and beverages accurately, following food handling and presentation standards.
- Process guest payments, handle cash, and maintain accurate receipts.
- **Maintaining Cleanliness**:

- Set up and clear tables promptly, keeping the dining area neat and orderly.
- Ensure that food service stations are clean, stocked, and organized.
- Assist in cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, sanitizing tables, and organizing equipment.
- **Adherence to Health & Safety Standards**:

- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Report any food quality issues to supervisors immediately.
- Adhere to company policies, including safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with kitchen staff, supervisors, and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Assist colleagues during peak times by offering support, such as bussing tables or replenishing supplies.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Hotel Management
- **Experience**: Prior experience in food & beverage service is a plus but not mandatory.
- **Skills**: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for extended periods.
