We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and service-oriented **Food & Beverage Associate** to join our team. The F&B Associate is responsible for delivering excellent guest experiences in all food and beverage outlets by providing efficient service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that all guests' needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages to guests according to company standards
- Provide product recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Set up and clear tables, restock supplies, and ensure cleanliness of the dining area
- Process payments using POS systems
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Handle customer complaints or requests promptly and escalate issues when needed
- Maintain knowledge of daily specials and promotions
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
