The Food and Beverage (F&B) Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests in dining establishments such as restaurants, hotels, resorts, or cafes. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring cleanliness, and enhancing the guest dining experience through friendly and attentive service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations when appropriate.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and courteous manner.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and maintained throughout the dining experience.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism, escalating to the supervisor when necessary.
- Process payments using POS systems and issue receipts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and work areas.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and health standards at all times.
- Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service or F&B role is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of food and beverage service operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
