An **F&B Associate** is responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting in food preparation, serving meals and beverages, and ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment. The role requires strong communication skills, teamwork, and attention to detail to enhance the overall guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet guests, take orders, and provide recommendations on menu items.
- **Order Management**: Process orders accurately and ensure timely food and beverage delivery.
- **Food & Beverage Handling**: Serve food and drinks following company standards and hygiene regulations.
- **Cleanliness & Hygiene**: Maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas, adhere to sanitation and safety policies.
- **Inventory & Stocking**: Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies, and report shortages.
- **Billing & Payments**: Handle transactions, issue receipts, and process payments efficiently.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service operations.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Address guest inquiries, feedback, or complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

Salary Up-to 18k in-hand

Food will be provided

Wakad Pune

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
