We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional **F&B Associate** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking and serving food and beverage orders, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Present menus and explain menu items or daily specials to guests
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure tables are properly set and clean before guests arrive and after they leave
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, or complaints promptly and professionally
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies during food handling and service
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Process payments and issue receipts accurately
- Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, service stations, and work areas
- Assist in stock taking and inventory control as needed
- Support the team with other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality role is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
