**Post: Child Psychologist/ABA Therapist**:

Care For Autism (CFA) under the aegis of Autism Alliance Pvt Ltd is a leading multidisciplinary centre dedicated to providing evidence-based, compassionate, and comprehensive services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental challenges. We are currently looking for **Child Psychologists** / **Behavior Therapists** who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.

**Job Role & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct 1:1 therapy sessions based on behavior intervention plans.
- Monitor and document child behavior and progress using structured techniques.
- Support in designing and executing IEPs (Individualized Education Plans).
- Collaborate with speech therapists, OTs, psychologists, and special educators in a multidisciplinary setup.
- Provide parent training and assist them with home-based behavior strategies.
- Ensure a safe, structured, and engaging environment for the child’s development.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Postgraduate in Psychology / Child Development / Special Education / related field.
- Prior experience in working with children on the autism spectrum or with behavioral needs is preferred.
- Certification or training in ABA, CBT, or behavior therapy (preferred but not mandatory).
- Freshers with relevant academic background and strong interest in the field are welcome to apply.
