**About Us**:
Autism Center of Excellence is a premier autism therapy center located in Durham, North Carolina, USA. We offer ABA Therapy to children aged 2 to 16 in a child-centered, family-oriented environment.

**Note**: This role will be remote initially until January and will transition to a complete onsite position in Sector 74, Mohali.

**Position**: US Recruiter

**Responsibilities**:

- Source, screen, and place behavior technicians, therapists, and supervisors.
- Conduct training to enhance recruiting skills and knowledge among team members, focusing on healthcare recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.
- Provide daily reports, timesheets, and progress updates.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in Non-IT US staffing.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn and Facebook, within the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with healthcare professionals.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience conducting training or mentoring junior team members in healthcare recruitment is a plus.
- MUST be available to work US timings (India night shift).
- Work will be performed remotely from home initially.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook).
- Must own a laptop with a reliable Internet connection, headphones with a mic.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
