Care For Autism (CFA) under the aegis of Autism Alliance Pvt Ltd is a dedicated multidisciplinary centre offering structured, evidence-based interventions for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other neurodevelopmental conditions. We are looking for committed and compassionate Special Educators who can contribute to the individualized growth of our learners and support inclusive goals.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Plans) tailored to each child's cognitive and functional level.
- Conduct one-on-one sessions focused on academic, social, and life skills training.
- Use multi-sensory and structured teaching approaches suitable for children with ASD, ADHD, and Learning Disabilities.
- Collaborate with psychologists, speech therapists, OTs, and behavior therapists in a multidisciplinary setting.
- Maintain records of student progress and provide regular feedback to the management.
- Participate in internal training and professional development programs.

Eligibility Criteria:

- D.Ed. or B.Ed. in Special Education (RCI-Recognized)
- Registration with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) is mandatory.
- Experience in working with children with Autism or Intellectual Disabilities is preferred.
- Freshers with the right qualification and dedication are also welcome to apply.

- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles.
