We are seeking a motivated individual who can seamlessly manage administrative tasks while also serving as a Special Educator for children with autism. This dual role requires excellent organizational skills, a passion for working with children with special needs, and the ability to manage the daily operations of the centre. As the Admin cum Special Educator, you will support the smooth running of the centre while also delivering tailored educational interventions to children.

**Key Responsibilities - Administrative Role**:

- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining records, managing appointments, and coordinating schedules for therapy sessions.
- Respond to inquiries from parents, caregivers, and external professionals, providing clear and timely communication.
- Ensure proper documentation of each child’s progress, including therapy reports, assessments, and individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Assist with office tasks such as managing supplies, coordinating staff meetings, and supporting the centre’s operations.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems, both digital and physical, to ensure efficient access to records.

**Key Responsibilities - Special Educator Role**:

- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) for children with autism based on their unique learning needs.
- Provide one-on-one and small group educational sessions focused on improving cognitive, social, and communication skills.
- Collaborate with other specialists such as occupational therapists, speech therapists, and behavior therapists to create a holistic learning plan for each child.
- Use a variety of special education techniques, including visual aids, adaptive teaching strategies, and sensory activities to engage children in the learning process.
- Monitor and track the progress of each child, making adjustments to teaching plans as necessary to ensure growth and development.
- Offer support and guidance to parents and caregivers on strategies for extending educational progress at home.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Special Education or a related field./RCI registered.
- Certification in Special Education is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with children with autism or special needs in an educational setting.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or educational environment.

Pay: ₹13,604.22 - ₹16,458.22 per month
