We are looking for committed and compassionate Professionals who can contribute to the individualized growth of our learners and support inclusive goals.

We are looking for a **qualified Speech Therapist** with **experience in pediatric cases** including **Autism Spectrum Disorder, Speech Delay, Stammering, Cerebral Palsy, ADHD, and related conditions.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assess and treat children with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Work on articulation, fluency, voice modulation, auditory comprehension, and expressive language
- Collaborate with parents and provide home-based strategies
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team (OTs, Psychologists, Special Educators, Physiotherapists)
- Maintain regular progress records and individual therapy plans
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Speech & Language Pathology (BASLP / MASLP)
- RCI registration
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in pediatric therapy settings
- Strong interpersonal and observational skills
- Dedication to working in child development and rehabilitation

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ludhiana, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)
