**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Outbound Calls**:
Initiate outbound calls to prospective dealers or retailers globally to introduce our products/services and establish new business partnerships.
Engage potential partners in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, address inquiries, and highlight the benefits of collaborating with our company.
**Lead Follow-up**:
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our target market and business objectives.
**Relationship Building**:
Build rapport and establish strong relationships with provided leads through effective communication and active listening.
Tailor sales pitches and presentations to address the unique needs and preferences of each lead.
**Product Knowledge**:
Develop a thorough understanding of our products/services, features, and competitive advantages.
Communicate product information and value propositions convincingly to generated leads.
**Pipeline Management**:
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, follow-up activities, and sales progress in the CRM system.
Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with provided leads to move them through the sales pipeline effectively.
**Collaboration and Support**:
Collaborate with the Sales and Business Development teams to align efforts and maximize the conversion of provided leads.
Provide feedback and insights on lead quality and conversion rates to inform future lead generation strategies.
**Requirements**:
Previous experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or call handling. Mimimum 1 year of experience required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to overcome objections and close deals.
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
**Education**:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (e.g., 10th grade education) required.
