**About the Profile - Business Associate**
As a Business Associate for a stock broking company, your primary responsibility will be to handle and manage the smooth trade execution for clients on our web, mobile and Algo trading platforms.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Client Onboarding: Provide a detailed demo of the Trading & Backoffice Applications to new clients. Understand specific requirements if any and provide appropriate solutions.
Trade Assistance: Guide clients through the process of executing trades, placing orders, and understanding trade confirmations. Provide basic information about various investment products and their features.
Resolution of Queries: Listen actively to clients' concerns and issues, demonstrating empathy and professionalism. Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to trading platforms, account access, trade executions, and other technical aspects
Risk Control : Monitor real-time trading activities to identify potential risks within trading operations, investment strategies, and client activities.
Post Trade Activities : Perform Post Trade Activities such as Trade Backups, Limit Reconciliation Etc.
Coordination with Internal Teams: Collaborate with other departments, such as the back office, compliance, and customer service teams, to ensure smooth operations and resolve any client-related issues effectively
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Excellent Mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
