You will be part of the team to maintain ICI Academy for the benefit of our partners, customers, employees, and enthusiasts. ICI Academy is creating a new digital learning curriculum for functional, technical, and sales enablement training. This training is available in self-study and delivered in micro modules gamified fashion to address segment-specific training needs and VILT.

The Learning Management System (LMS) administrator is responsible for the maintenance and strategically managing, creating and delivering training resources and help guides for learners. The LMS Administrator coordinates with training team members by providing guidance and support for daily activities, outcomes, and initiatives.

This opportunity is based in Pune.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build business critical reports/dashboards for senior executives that recommend improvements to content, learner experience, workflows, adoption, trends etc.
- Work on assignments dealing with the routine and daily operations including uploading, updating or removing courses, allocating user groups and assigning content or assessments to the right target audience, running reports and creating learning events in the LMS.
- System support and maintenance : Provide support to our learners (external and internal) and the training coordinators ; Administrate, troubleshoot issues and track requests for LMS ; Communicate with vendors to address issues and trends ; Understand the tools and technologies specific to E-Learning development and delivery ; Maintain all training materials and learning assets hosted in the LMS.
- Establish and maintain relationships with IT/InfoSec and external vendor.

**Required Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of experience working with any cloud LMS platforms using xAPI or SCORM eLearning standards with mobile delivery mode.
- 5+ years experience with learning technologies, including online classrooms, document storage, and video conferencing.
- Experience with SAP Litmos will be a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with a global employee base and with success in a remote work environment using video conferencing and online project management solutions.
- Self-motivated and accountable critical thinker.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Expertise with MS Office and knowledge of Camtasia, Articulate, Storyline, Captivate or similar content creation tools is preferred.
