Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced LMS Administrator and Instructional Design Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Learning Management System, as well as collaborating with subject matter experts to refine course content.

Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain the Docebo LMS, including tasks such as workflow configuration, business rules, and permission management.
  • Upload and organize training materials and courses within the LMS, ensuring that all content is up-to-date, relevant, and consistent.
  • Guide trainers on best practices to ensure engaging content with high learning retention rates.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to external customers and internal teams.
  • Lead the evolution of the platform and evaluate new complementary solutions to add value for learners.
  • Stay informed about updates and new features of Docebo and their impact on our learners.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Prior 3+ years' experience managing an LMS, preferably Docebo.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve system and integration issues.
  • Experience with data integrations between systems, including Workato, Docebo Connect, Webhooks, and APIs.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical skills with experience in generating and interpreting reports and developing proposals for improvement.
  • Experience with video and audio editing.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience managing online training content.
