**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and assign drivers to deliveries based on routes, delivery times, and priority.
- Communicate with drivers and customers to provide real-time updates on deliveries and potential delays.
- Maintain accurate records of all dispatched vehicles, deliveries, and customer interactions.
- Monitor vehicle locations using GPS or tracking software to ensure timely and safe deliveries.
- Coordinate with the warehouse or team to ensure that shipments are prepared and ready for dispatch.
- Handle and resolve any delivery issues, delays, or customer complaints efficiently.
- Track and manage inventory levels to ensure all deliveries are completed as scheduled.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to fulfill special delivery requests.
- Prepare and maintain dispatch reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics or dispatch training is a plus.
- Proven experience as a dispatcher or in logistics coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using dispatch software, GPS systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
