**ob Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities for personal, business, or home loans.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and objectives.
- Explain loan products, eligibility, documentation requirements, and interest rates to customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursal.
- Conduct market research to understand competitor offerings and customer trends.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, policies, and compliance requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in loan sales, banking, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge of loan products (personal loans, home loans, business loans, etc.).
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in local language(s) and English.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office and CRM tools.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
