**Job Title: Customer Success Associate**

**Overview**:
The Customer Success Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer

satisfaction and support for our organization. As a key member of the leadership team, the

specialist will help craft our customer-success strategies, building strong relationships with

customers and collaborating with cross-functional leaders internally to deliver consistently

excellent customer experiences. CSRs are expected to maintain a positive and professional

image of the company while delivering exceptional service.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's/master’s in business, Hospitality, Sales, Marketing (or similar)
- Clear, empathetic, listens well (English proficiency essential)
- Manages tasks like a maestro.
- Team Player: Collaborative, supportive, shares ideas
- Adaptable: Thrives on change, embraces new tech/laws/markets
- Problem-Solver: Quick thinking, resourceful, finds solutions.
- Ensures accuracy in documents, records, etc.
