Title: Customer Success Associate – B2C Process
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat (Full-Time Office Role)
If you have strong communication skills and a passion for customer service, we have the perfect role for you As a Customer Success Associate, you'll handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience every time.
Role Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries through phone and email promptly.
- Handle complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
- Keep clients informed while collaborating with internal teams.
- Ensure accurate records and adherence to company guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Either 10+2 with 1 year Customer Support Experience or Graduation with 1 year Customer Support Experience.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Good computer proficiency and multitasking ability.
- Flexible for rotating shifts.
