**Virtual Relationship Manager - MFD Channel**
**Objective**
- To manage set of Mutual Fund Distributors / Increasing Sales Volumes /
Solving Service Queries / building digital penetration
- Key Responsibilities
- Developing and strengthening relationship with Mutual Fund Distributors
via virtual medium
- Managing the end-to-end sales journey of the mapped relationship
- Achieving sales and revenue targets spread across product and category
mix
- Ensure engagement with all the mapped relationship in a structured and
timely manner
- Share product updates, market knowledge and recommendations with the
mapped relationships
- Helping distributors navigate through company’s web portal and app
- Helping distributors plan the allocation and pitch for their clients
- Being distributors’ one point of contact for all service queries
- Ensuring that distributors’ service requests are resolved in a timely
manner
whatsapp and other relevant mediums
- Inviting distributors for all the relevant webinars and events hosted by the
company
**Knowledge and experience**
- 1-3 Year experience of Sales in the financial services sector
investment mediums, taxation, market, channels of distribution) will be
given preference
- Effective communication skills while presenting over an audio-only
medium
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
