**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and deliver training programs on mutual fund products, investment principles, and financial planning.
- Conduct training sessions for sales teams, distributors, advisors, and clients through classroom, webinar, and on-site methods.
- Stay updated with SEBI regulations, industry trends, and new product offerings to ensure training content is current.
- Prepare training materials including presentations, manuals, case studies, and quizzes.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with product teams and sales leaders to align training goals with business objectives.
- Participate in onboarding programs for new employees and distributors.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the mutual fund industry, preferably in training, sales, or advisory roles.
- Strong knowledge of mutual funds, capital markets, and investment products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to simplify complex financial concepts for different learner levels.
- Proficiency with training tools and virtual learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, LMS).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Certification in instructional design or adult learning (e.g., CPTD, ADDIE).
- Multilingual proficiency, especially in regional languages.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From ₹1,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 per week
