Position: Customer Success Manager

Location: Swargate, Pune, Maharashtra (On-site)

**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month (Based on performance and experience)

Shift: Day-Time. [ 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday TO Saturday ]

Experience Required: 1-2 Years

Company Overview: At Dreams International, We are looking for a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a qualified Service Desk Manager/Customer Success Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for leading our technical support team to provide excellent customer service and resolve all technical issues.

As a Service Desk Manager/Customer Success Manager, you should have a solid technical background combined with customer service experience. A problem-solving attitude with an ability to motivate your team to achieve specific goals are essential skills to perform well in this position.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure high quality technical support and increase client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.

Utilize conflict resolution techniques to address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.

Analyze customer feedback and behavior to identify opportunities for improvement and increased product adoption.

Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction levels and gather insights for continuous improvement.

Desired Skills & Requirements

Technical Skills

Proven work experience as a Help desk manager

Hands on experience with help desk and remote-control software

Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience

Soft Skills

Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude

Excellent written and verbal communications skills

Team management skills

Team handling and ability to get work done

Qualifications:
