**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Manage front desk operations, including checking visitors in and out.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Provide basic information to clients and visitors as needed.
- Ensure that office supplies are stocked and assist with ordering when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and office management software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly, professional demeanor and positive attitude.
