- Previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance position (preferred).

Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets.
- Record financial transactions such as invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses in accounting software.
- Process and manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients, monitor overdue payments, and follow up as necessary.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements with company accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure that all transactions are accounted for and discrepancies are resolved.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
- Prepare trial balances, profit & loss statements, and balance sheets under the supervision of senior accountants.
- Perform routine data entry tasks in accounting software.
- Maintain organized and accurate filing systems for financial documents.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws, including VAT, GST, and income tax returns.
- Support senior team members in preparing tax filings and other regulatory reports.
- Provide support in budget preparation and tracking of company expenses against the budget.
- Help in the preparation of financial forecasts based on current financial data.
- Support auditors during internal or external audits by providing required financial documents and information.
- Ensure that financial records comply with auditing standards.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders regarding payment issues, discrepancies, or other financial matters.
- Coordinate with the senior accounting team to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining financial records in an organized manner.
- Support senior accountants with other financial tasks as needed.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
