**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Management**:

- Lead the planning and execution of restaurant and hotel projects, ensuring timely completion and quality outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, architects, and suppliers to drive project progress.
- Develop project schedules, monitor timelines, and control budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Technical Supervision**:

- Oversee civil, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and AC system installations, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure construction is progressing according to plan and safety standards.
- **Vendor and Stakeholder Management**:

- Manage relationships with external contractors, engineers, and vendors, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely delivery of materials and services.
- Communicate project updates, challenges, and solutions effectively with stakeholders.
- **Quality and Compliance**:

- Ensure all projects meet local regulatory requirements, safety codes, and hospitality industry standards.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure excellence in project execution.
- **Cost Management**:

- Monitor and control project costs, preventing overruns while ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Ensure financial accountability through detailed reporting and documentation.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare regular project progress reports for senior management.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical drawings, invoices, contracts, and schedules.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields preferred.
- 3-4 years of experience in managing large restaurant or hotel projects.
- Strong technical knowledge in civil, mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and air conditioning systems.
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, planning, and scheduling.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
