Manager – Accounting & Compliance (CA Inter Qualified)

Role Overview

We are hiring a CA-qualified Senior Manager to lead our accounting and compliance team. The role involves managing client portfolios (primarily funded startups), reviewing deliverables, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting. This is a client-facing leadership position with strong exposure to outsourced finance functions.

Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of accountants and executives.

Manage end-to-end accounting, bookkeeping, and MIS reporting for clients.

Review GST, TDS, and Income Tax filings and ensure compliance with statutory deadlines.

Deliver accurate monthly/quarterly closes, dashboards, and variance analysis.

Act as the primary contact for client CFOs and founders.

Requirements CA qualification (mandatory).

2–5 years of post-qualification experience. (Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferable).

Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Indian accounting standards, and tax compliance.

Prior experience with funded startups or outsourced finance services will be an advantage.

Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or other ERPs.
