**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Strategy & Development**: Plan and develop jewellery collections aligned with market trends, consumer preferences, and brand positioning.
- **Merchandising & Inventory Management**: Optimize product assortment, pricing, and stock levels to maximise sales and profitability.
- **Market & Trend Analysis**: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer demand to drive innovative and market-relevant collections.
- **Supplier & Vendor Management**: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of jewellery pieces.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor a team of merchandisers, designers, and sourcing specialists to enhance productivity and creativity.
- **Sales & Performance Analysis**: Monitor sales data, identify high-performing products, and implement strategies to enhance category performance.
- **Collaboration with Stakeholders**: Work closely with marketing, design, and retail teams to ensure successful product launches and promotional campaigns.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2**+ years** in jewellery merchandising, preferably in **lab-grown diamonds** or fine jewellery.
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven experience in managing and guiding a team towards achieving business goals.
- **Jewellery & Market Knowledge**: Strong understanding of jewellery design, materials, and consumer preferences in the lab-grown diamond sector.
- **Analytical Abilities**: Proficiency in sales forecasting, data analysis, and inventory planning.
- **Negotiation & Vendor Management**: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication for effective coordination with internal teams and external partners.
- **Tech Savvy**: Familiarity with ERP systems, merchandising software, and MS Excel for data-driven decision-making.
