**Job Title: Jewelry Sales Associate**

**Job Summary**:
As a Jewelry Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry items. Your primary goal is to meet sales targets, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the jewelry department.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in exploring the jewelry collection.
- Understand customers' preferences and guide them in making informed purchase decisions.
- Provide information about the materials, gemstones, and craftsmanship of various jewelry pieces.
- **Sales and Targets**:

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively promoting and selling jewelry products.
- Upsell and cross-sell complementary items to maximize sales opportunities.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Develop a deep understanding of the jewelry inventory, including the features, benefits, and unique selling points of each piece.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new arrivals to effectively communicate product information to customers.
- **Customization and Personalization**:

- Assist customers in creating customized jewelry pieces, including engagement rings, bracelets, and necklaces.
- Provide guidance on selecting metals, gemstones, and design elements for personalized orders.
- **Maintenance and Repairs**:

- Offer information on jewelry maintenance and care.
- Coordinate with the repair department for any customer inquiries regarding jewelry repairs.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage jewelry inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper display.
- Report inventory discrepancies and assist in periodic stocktaking.
- **Customer Service**:

- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **Visual Merchandising**:

- Contribute to the visual appeal of the jewelry display by arranging and organizing merchandise in an attractive manner.
- **Adherence to Policies**:

- Follow company policies and procedures, including security measures to prevent theft and loss.
- Adhere to ethical selling practices and uphold the brand's image.

**Qualifications**:
**Any Graduate**
- Previous experience in retail sales, especially in the jewelry industry, is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of gemstones, metals, and jewelry design.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Sales-driven and customer-focused mindset.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
