**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Customer Service**:

- Greet customers and assist them in selecting jewelry that fits their preferences and needs.
- Provide information on products, including materials, design, pricing, and care.
- Upsell and cross-sell items to increase sales.
- Achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Keep up-to-date with the latest jewelry trends, designs, and industry developments.
- Educate customers about the features, benefits, and value of the jewelry products.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Stock Management**:

- Assist in inventory management, ensuring that displays are well-stocked and organized.
- Keep track of jewelry stock levels, and coordinate restocking as necessary.
- **Visual Merchandising**:

- Help set up and maintain attractive in-store displays to showcase jewelry.
- Ensure jewelry is presented in a way that attracts customer attention and encourages purchases.
- **Sales Administration**:

- Process sales transactions accurately, including handling payments and providing receipts.
- Maintain records of customer purchases and communicate any special offers or promotions.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A passion for jewelry and an understanding of its craftsmanship and design.
- Customer-focused with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Prior experience in retail sales, particularly in luxury goods, is often preferred.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time with flexibility around weekends and holidays.
- In-store or showroom environments, often with a focus on high-end or luxury jewelry.

**working time: 10.30am to 8pm ( Tuesday to Sunday working, Monday fixed off)**

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
