**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Advisor at Mr. Jooo, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, educating customers about our range of mattresses and sleep products, and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment. Your goal will be to help customers find the best solutions for their sleep needs while contributing to the overall success of our store.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**: Greet and assist customers, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
- **Sales Support**: Actively listen to customer needs and recommend the best mattress solutions from our range.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of Mr. Jooo products to confidently explain features, benefits, and technical details.
- **Achieving Sales Targets**: Work towards meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist with stock management, including restocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining product appearance.
- **Customer Follow-up**: Manage customer inquiries and follow up on potential sales leads.
- **Sales Administration**: Process sales transactions, maintain accurate records, and handle returns and exchanges when necessary.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other sales advisors and management to ensure smooth store operations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in retail, home goods, or a customer-facing environment.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
- **Customer Service Orientation**: A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience.
- **Sales Acumen**: Ability to upsell and meet sales goals, while genuinely helping customers make informed decisions.
- **Problem Solving**: Ability to handle customer objections and find effective solutions.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic computer skills for handling point-of-sale systems and processing sales transactions.
