- Registration in CRM
- Submit agreement to the accounts department
- Upload Agreement in CRM and case handover in CRM
- Payment details send to the account department
- CRM form and ID proof send to account with proper details
- Case handover to advisor and sign handover sheet and scan copy to be kept in the CRM
- Register clients’ agreements formality (fill-up/docu.sign/verbal-sign)
