Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in executing and monitoring trades under guidance.
- Maintain accurate records and logs of trading activities.
- Handle backend operations including data entry, documentation, and reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the trading and finance teams to ensure seamless workflow.
- Manage Excel sheets, reports, and internal databases.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Excellent personality and communication skills.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Prior experience in trading/back-office operations is a plus.
