**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Backend Operations Executive to join our team. The role involves handling backend operations related to Third Party Administrators (TPA), empanelment processes, and various administrative tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient operational processes by coordinating with different departments, maintaining accurate records, and supporting day-to-day administrative functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **TPA Management**:

- Liaise with Third Party Administrators (TPA) to ensure smooth processing of claims and other operational activities.
- Monitor and track TPA-related activities, ensuring all processes are compliant with internal policies and regulations.
- Resolve any issues related to TPA services, including claims discrepancies or document submission delays.
- **Empanelment**:

- Handle the empanelment process for healthcare providers, ensuring all necessary documentation is submitted and processed in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with various medical institutions and organizations to ensure they are correctly empaneled as per the guidelines.
- Maintain up-to-date records of empaneled providers and monitor their compliance with terms and conditions.
- **Backend Operations Support**:

- Assist in the management of databases, ensuring all client and operational information is accurately recorded and updated.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team, including report generation, data entry, and document management.
- Process and verify paperwork and documentation related to empanelment, claims, and other operational tasks.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners to resolve any issues related to operations, TPA, or empanelment.
- Coordinate with the finance, legal, and medical teams to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies.
