**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vendor Management**: Identify, source, and maintain relationships with trusted wedding vendors (such as caterers, florists, photographers, decorators, entertainers, etc.). Ensure that vendors meet the required standards and timelines.
- **Budgeting and Costing**: Prepare and manage event budgets, including vendor quotations, negotiations, and tracking of expenses. Provide accurate cost estimates and ensure that wedding projects stay within the budget.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Handle all backend logistics for wedding events, including coordinating timelines, delivery schedules, venue setup and breakdown, and troubleshooting any operational challenges.
- **Wedding Planning Support**: Collaborate with the front-end wedding planners and clients to execute their vision while staying on track with the budget and timeline. Ensure all client requirements are met by coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
- **Contracts & Agreements**: Negotiate and finalize contracts with vendors and ensure all legal and financial details are properly documented and adhered to.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor the quality of service provided by vendors, ensuring they align with expectations and standards. Address any issues or discrepancies promptly to avoid disruption during the event.
- **Event Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of all event-related communications, contracts, quotes, and receipts. Prepare post-event reports, including budget summaries and vendor performance evaluations.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in wedding event operations, with a focus on backend processes such as vendor management, budgeting, and logistics.
- Proven track record of working with various wedding vendors and managing the financial aspects of event planning.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of event management software or tools is a plus.
- A proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage challenges and ensure a smooth event execution.
- A passion for weddings and a strong understanding of the industry’s trends, challenges, and best practices.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
