Experience and Qualification:
1) Master’s degree and minimum five years of technically relevant work ex-perience required or Bachelor’s de-gree with seven years of technically relevant experience.

2) Demonstrated experience of working in collaboration with development agencies, international organizations (NGOs).

3) Practical experience in designing, implementing capacity building activities for women nano and micro-entrepreneurs, with focus on women from marginalized and rural areas.

4) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi are required.

5) Distinct sensitivity towards gender, ethnic, and cultural differences.

Job Responsibilities:
1) Support research and training needs assessment based on financial literacy, digital literacy and entrepreneurship potential of potential trainees.

2) Design training methodology and content for micro-enterprise planning and development including basic business planning and cashflow management.

3) Assist the Team Leader in the overall training plan and method-ology development.

4) Assist the team leader in the development of tools, instructional guides and other learning aids.

5) Provide orientation and supervisory guidance through curriculum planning and performance assessments on gender-related matters.

6) Prepare and test the training materials. Design and organize training campaigns in coordination with USS and its partners.

7) Assist in the conduct of training assessments onsite.

8) Prepare training assessments and documentation of training recommendations.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
