Experience and Qualifications:
1) Master’s degree and minimum five to seven years of technically relevant work experience required.

2) Demonstrated experience of working in collaboration with development agencies, international organisations (NGOs).

3) Practical experience in developing financial capability development mate-rial for the financial services industry, especially applicable for women with low literacy and numeracy levels and in rural areas.

3) Knowledge about latest product innovations and tools for cost efficient de-livery and large outreach potential.

Excellent leadership skills demonstrated in several senior positions.

4) Outstanding analytical skills paired with the ability and willingness to take decisions especially against the background of incomplete information.

5) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi are required.

6) Distinct sensitivity towards gender, ethnic, and cultural differences.

Job Responsibilities:
1) Supervise all crucial process and content related developments dur-ing the capacity building duration of the pilot.

2) Lead in the preparation of the training plan, methodology and overall program implementation.

3)Lead research and training needs assessment based on financial literacy, digital literacy and entrepreneurship potential of potential trainees.

4) Lead in the identification of learning methodologies and tools for the training.

5) Lead in the development of instructional materials, guides and aide learning kits.

6) Conduct training of Trainers (ToTs), field staff training and supervise all the training activities on field.

7) Lead all training assessments and documentation.

8) Review training recommendations and recommend variations if situations require.

9) Create publications and case studies as part of knowledge dissemination activities.

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 per month
