- Responsible for the business development and growth of the Waterproofing segment business in the region.
Work with PSM/ national BDM in implementation of segment strategies, growth drivers and implementation of all marketing initiatives to achieve sales growth.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in developing Business development plan/strategies by market sectors to implement with PSM & also product group wise to achieve segment sales contribution.
- Estimating market sector wise potential with support from region wise RSM & various resources like project data base, clients, publications, specification team.
- Work closely with set of Key Accounts and develop them though complete analysis of their preferred consultants, contractors, applicators. Gather thorough information on brown field and green field projects of each account. Prepare key account plan to implement business strategy to maximize business conversion through individual account.
- Support PSM for launching products in respective region of operation. Implement post-launch actions for the key strategic initiatives as agreed
- Organise Product training to sales & associate teams in respective region to increase their technical selling skills, in conjunction with the National BDM & PSM
- Branding & Product promotion through seminars, presentations, exhibitions etc
- Analysing competitors’ strategies to plan counter strategies in terms of business promotion & products, along with the PSM
- Providing inputs to PSM on Improving packaging vs Competition, or regarding any recurring damages to packing of products. Providing inputs on competitor products information Tracking Competitor activities and generating market intelligence reports to PSM & GM marketing
- Collect and update region - wise case studies, job reference & testimonials
- Identifying gaps in terms of segment selling and strengthening specification selling
- Assisting PSM & GM Marketing in writing technical papers for civil engineering journals
- Preparation and submission of monthly reports casing JD & KPI
- Evaluate, analyze new product sales performance to assess effectiveness of product/programs introduced.
- Support regional teams for acquisition of applicators, business development activities and co-ordinate for training and skills development
