Introduction

AK Lumbers Limited is one of India’s premier timber and timber products companies. Our clients include some of the most renowned construction companies in the country, such as DLF, NCC, Shapoorji Pallonji, Godrej etc. Moreover, we export timber to several countries in the Middle East and South Asia. Our product range includes several types of doors, door frames, wooden decking, wooden flooring, sawn timber and plywood. Our manufacturing facilities are in New Delhi and Gujarat.

We’re looking for a Tele Calling Executive with the following requirements.

**Responsibilities**
- Answering incoming calls, understanding the basic requirements of the callers and providing them with accurate information.
- Forwarding the calls to our sales team based on the caller and their requirements.
- Understanding the product portfolio and effectively communicating that with the callers
- Maintaining CRM report and coordinating with management regarding incoming inquiries, conversion rates.
- Providing feedback about the market and products.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a similar role of more 0-5 years is preferred. Job is also open to freshers
- Bachelor’s or Vocational Degree in any field.
- Strong people skills and ability to build lasting relationships through networking.
- Ambitious and ability to work in teams.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
