**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Provide exceptional customer support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to stock broking.

Assist clients with their trading accounts, transactions, and other related services.

Offer guidance on stock market operations and trading processes.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective service delivery.

**Requirements**:
1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in the financial services or stock broking industry.

Strong knowledge of the stock market and trading processes.

Proficiency in the Malayalam language is mandatory.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Immediate availability to join.
