**Salary**: ₹18,000 per month + Incentives
**Incentive Structure**: ₹1,000 per admission from the 11th admission onwards

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students to provide information about our accounting and professional training courses.
- Handle inbound inquiries through calls and walk-ins professionally and effectively.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong pipeline of potential admissions.
- Convert inquiries into admissions through persuasive and informative conversations.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in the system.
- Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams for smooth admission processing.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification: PUC / Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Good communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills
- Prior experience in tele-calling or counselling (preferred but not mandatory)
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

**Work Schedule**:

- **Monday to Friday**: 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- **Saturday & Sunday**: 10:30 AM - 3:00 PM
- Weekly Off: One weekday (to be decided)

**Compensation**:

- **Fixed Salary**: ₹18,000 per month
- **Incentives**: ₹1,000 per admission from the **11th admission onward** in a month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
