**Job Title: Telecaller (International & Domestic Calling)**

**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month + Incentives (Based on Executed Leads)

Experience: 1+ year preferred (Freshers with excellent English may also apply)

**Job Summary**
We are seeking dynamic and persuasive *Telecallers* who are fluent in *English* to join our team for both *International* and *Indian calling operations. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, presenting services, generating leads, and ensuring conversions through follow-up. This role offers a competitive fixed salary along with attractive **performance-based incentives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers (domestic and international).
- Present company services and solutions clearly and convincingly.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with call logs and lead status.
- Follow up on cold and warm leads to increase the chances of conversion.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead targets.
- Handle client queries with professionalism and resolve objections.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- *Fluent in English* (must be able to speak clearly and confidently).
- Previous experience in *telecalling, telesales, or customer support* is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and comfort using CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Open to flexible working hours for handling foreign clients, if needed.
