**Job Designation : Tele caller Executive**

**Work Experience : 06 months -2 Years (Excel)**

**Qualification : 12th and Bachelors in any**

**Industry Specific : Packaging, Trading and manufacturing**

**Working Hours : Our Office timing 10 AM to 7 PM**

**Job Responsibility-**
- Effective coordination, follow-up and collect the data on time.
- You have to work as a Tele sales.
- Target base on which incentives will be given more & more.
- Call to customer and get order as a Tele sales.
- You have to work on MS-office.
- To do online research.
- Organize and maintain the data without duplicate data.
- Daily maintain check-list and update the data in computer system.
- Update information in system of Dispatch with detail and pass to concern department and customer.
- Update the due payment information of receivable and payable on daily basis to concern department and send reminder to customer/supplier.
- Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software.
- Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software.
- Reconciliation of stocks, dispatches and transmitting data in to the computer system.
