- **Position**: Operations Intern
- **Work Hours**: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, (1 hour break) Monday to Friday, except National & State holidays
- **Location**: Office No. 2460, Regus, Rupa Renaissance, D-33, Turbhe MIDC Rd, TTC Industrial Area, MIDC Industrial Area, Turbhe, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400705

**Responsibilities**:
During your internship, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and contribute to various projects and tasks, including but not limited to:

- Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping and reconciliation.
- Analyze and interpret financial statements and reports.
- Operate AppSociety & Zoho Books accounting software.
- Prepare and maintain Excel reports using advanced formulas, macros, and pivot tables.
- Support operational processes such as billing, vendor management, and financial audits.
- Help develop and document internal processes for better financial control.
- Assist in financial data analysis and reporting for management decision-making.
- Collaborate across teams for smooth operational workflows.
- Attend client queries related to accounts and address their concerns.

**Key Requirements**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
- Excellent academic track record.
- Strong understanding of fundamental accounting principles and financial statements.
- Know-how of at least one popularly used accounting software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel — including formulas, macros, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and willing to work in a dynamic startup environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, sense of ownership, dedication towards work.

- Demonstrate consistent performance, strong accounting/operational skills, and the ability to work effectively within the team.
- Show a proactive attitude toward learning and problem-solving, with a focus on meeting deadlines and contributing to the success of the company.
- If performance is deemed satisfactory, there may be an opportunity for you to be absorbed as a full-time employee at the end of the internship period.
