**Position**: Operations Intern
**Location**: CBD Belapur Navi Mumbai, India (Work from Office)
**Shift Timings: 5:00 AM - 12:00 PM IST (Australian Shift)**

**About the Role**:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Operations Intern** to support our team with supplier coordination, payment tracking, and operational tasks. This role offers hands-on experience in business operations, communication management, and basic accounting.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Supplier Coordination**
- Maintain a professional and courteous approach during all interactions.

**2. Follow-Up & Communication Management**
- Ensure timely follow-ups with stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.
- Handle calls effectively to address concerns and inquiries.

**3. Sales Payment Tracking & Basic Accounting**
- Monitor and update sales payments, ensuring accuracy and timely entries.
- Perform basic accounting tasks, such as reconciling payments and identifying discrepancies.

**4. Documentation & Reporting**
- Maintain logs of communication and update internal systems.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports as required.

**5. Operational Support**
- Assist the operations team with administrative and coordination tasks.
- Proactively identify areas to streamline processes.

**Key Requirements:1. Educational Background**
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in **Business, Commerce, Accounting, Operations,** or a related field.

**2. Skills & Competencies**
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- **Accounting Basics**: Understanding of payment tracking and reconciliation.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

**3. Personality Traits**
- Self-motivated, punctual, and reliable.
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities efficiently.

**4. Additional Requirements**
- Comfortable working early morning shifts.
- Prior experience or internships in coordination or accounting roles will be a plus.
