**Position**: Operations Intern
**Location**: Navi Mumbai, India (Work from Office)
**Shift Timings**: 5:00 AM - 12:00 PM IST (Australian Shift)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supplier Coordination**:

- Maintain a professional and courteous approach during all interactions.
- **Follow-Up**:

- Ensure timely follow-ups with stakeholders to ensure the smooth progress of operations.
- Record and track updates to provide status reports to the team.
- **Sales Payment Tracking**:

- Monitor and update sales payments, ensuring accuracy and timely entries.
- Perform basic accounting tasks such as reconciling payments and identifying discrepancies.
- **Communication Management**:

- Handle calls effectively to address concerns and inquiries.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain logs of communication and update internal systems.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports as required.
- **Operational Support**:

- Assist the operations team with any additional administrative or coordination tasks.
- Proactively identify areas to streamline processes.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, Operations, or a related field.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and payment tracking.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- **Personality Traits**:

- Self-motivated, punctual, and reliable.
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities efficiently.
- **Additional Requirements**:

- Comfortable working early morning shifts.
- Previous experience or internships in coordination or accounting roles will be a plus.
