**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Assistance**: Support daily back-office functions such as maintaining records, preparing reports, scheduling, and internal communications.
- **Workflow Coordination**: Help organize and streamline processes to ensure timely and effective completion of tasks.
- **Data Management**: Assist in entering, updating, and validating data across internal systems to maintain accuracy and consistency.
- **Compliance Support**: Help monitor and document adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- **Interdepartmental Collaboration**: Work with various teams (HR, Finance, Operations, etc.) to gather information and support cross-functional projects.
- **Process Review**: Observe and identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest ways to enhance efficiency.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain and organize both physical and digital documents for audits, reports, and internal use.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work with data.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to cross-functional projects.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous internship or academic project experience related to operations, administration, or business support functions.
- Awareness of data privacy or compliance regulations is a plus.
