Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and presentation. 4. Manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste. 5. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service delivery. 6. Develop new menu items and specials to keep offerings fresh and exciting. 7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen. 8. Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations. Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience as an Indian Cook in a restaurant or cloud kitchen. 2. Strong knowledge of traditional Indian cuisine, cooking techniques, and ingredients. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines. 4. Excellent cooking skills, attention to detail, and quality control. 5. Familiarity with kitchen operations, inventory management, and food safety protocols.

6. Good communication skills, teamwork, and adaptability. Desirable Qualifications: 1. Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality/Culinary Arts. 2. Familiarity with kitchen management software

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
