We aim to provide smooth and memorable travel experiences to our customers.

**Job Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and customize domestic and international tour packages.
- Coordinate with vendors: hotels, transport services, and guides.
- Book hotels, flights, trains, and other travel services.
- Manage customer bookings, queries, and complaints effectively.
- Ensure all travel documents (tickets, itineraries, vouchers) are prepared and delivered.
- Keep records of client preferences and past bookings.
- Stay updated with the latest travel trends, rules, and destinations.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of travel destinations, itineraries, and booking processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic internet research.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum: Graduate
- Experience: 3-4 years in a travel agency or tour operator role preferred
